Shipping Time

• • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

• • Delivery within 2–5 working days via courier service.

• • Sabah & Sarawak may take longer.
  • Delivery to Singapore & Brunei may take 3-7 working days

Shipping Charges

• • Flat rate: RM10 (WM), RM10 (EM) for COD
  • For Singapore & Brunei Flat rate : RM60(Online Banking)

• • Free shipping for orders using online banking for Malaysia clients only.

Tracking

Tracking info will be emailed/SMS after order is shipped.

Delays

We are not responsible for courier delays due to weather, public holidays, or logistic issues.

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery charge will apply.
